At the core of the A-Kit is the Dal Soggio MX Sphere Kit 3.0, a closed-cartridge fork system known for its smooth action and superior adjustability. This system transforms front-end performance across all terrain types. We apply our own custom settings to every install, including precise bladder pressure, float gap, and shim stack configurations—optimized for your weight, terrain, and riding style.

The Dal Soggio XR Kit is a premium fork upgrade designed to dramatically improve small bump sensitivity, mid-stroke control, and bottoming resistance. This package includes a full fork rebuild with new springs, bushings, seals, and high-performance Maxima fluid. The XR bladder system replaces the stock piston for smoother oil flow and a more planted, predictable front end. Ideal for riders who want factory-level feel without the guesswork.

Fork and Shock Service
​At Rocky Mountain Dampening, our fork and shock service is built around precision, performance, and longevity. Every service includes top-tier components, meticulous internal cleaning, and the same level of attention we apply to full race builds. Whether you ride trails, moto, or mountain singletrack, our process restores your suspension to its best performance.

What’s Included in Every Service:

SKF Seals - We use premium SKF fork seals known for their exceptionally low friction, durability, and superior resistance to dirt and moisture. These seals reduce stiction and improve small bump compliance, giving you smoother fork action and better feel on initial stroke.

New Piston Bands - Piston bands are replaced to restore proper tolerance and sealing inside the damper body. A fresh band ensures consistent oil flow, more precise damping, and better traction under load.

Maxima Suspension Fluid - We flush and refill with Maxima Racing Fork Fluid or Maxima Shock Fluid, depending on the component. Maxima fluids are engineered for high viscosity stability and exceptional thermal resistance, meaning your suspension stays consistent even under aggressive riding.

Vacuum Machine Bleed - Every shock is bled using a vacuum machine to eliminate trapped air from the damping circuits. This process ensures consistent oil pressure throughout the stroke and eliminates cavitation that can cause harshness or fade.

Nitrogen Recharge - Shocks are recharged with nitrogen to maintain proper pressure and resist foaming under impact. A stable gas charge improves shock response and keeps damping consistent across changing terrain.

Shim Stack Disassembly and Cleaning - Every shim stack is fully disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled to factory or custom spec. This step ensures the damping characteristics remain precise and true to the intended valving profile.
